Refunds and Returns
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that it was received. Please send your order back along with a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your product(s). After that time, per our return policy, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Partial refunds in certain circumstances may be granted at the sole discretion of the company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
All of our orders go out within 5-7 business days and are shipped via USPS. If there is a delay on our end for any reason we will send an email to let you know.
All packages will be provided with a USPS Tracking number which is include in our customer confirmation emails.
We cannot reimburse our customers for the shipping costs of returning an item and must deduct the shipping cost from the refund total. We ship all our products as fast as possible, but depending on the buyer’s location, it may take additional time for an exchanged product to make it to you.
For items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
